First, we have two great local vendors that have provided us with very attractive costs for small quantities of product.
Our club only receives pennies for each item sold.

Because it is our objective to keep the prices low, we do not ship or deliver.
All items are handed out at the GARS meetings.

Second, I only place orders with the vendors once a month.
Generally, it is within a few days after a GARS meeting.
Once placed, I almost always have the items at the next GARS meeting. If you order from the GARS website (via PayPal),
I will hold that order and place it with the other orders received at the next GARS meeting.
(This means you may have to wait until the second meeting after your order is placed to receive the items.)
